About Us ...Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC, located in Overland Park, Kansas (Kansas City MSA), is a commercial, retail real estate company specializing in the development, purchase, sale and lease of retail properties. We are privately funded and are acquiring real estate throughout the United States. Douglas L. Henzlik and Tyler S. Oliver formed their company in 1997. The two principals of Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC own over 650,000 square feet of retail property in 8 states. The company's objective is to capitalize on income producing retail properties. Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC continues to look for income producing single or multi tenant, and anchored centers in well-positioned, strong demographic locations. Current tenants include Toys R US, Walgreen's, Tractor Supply, Office Depot, Big Lots, Staples, Dollar General and others.
We are acquiring assets that are under-valued, under-performing or need to be repositioned. Typically, these types of properties have significant upside and are commonly referred to as "value-added" properties. Additonally, we are buying assets from sellers with greater than normal desire to close. These assets can be stablized or value-added. Typical acquisitions include assets with expiring debt, anchor vacating, liquidity issues, etc. |
