September 2011, Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC completes the purchase of Northtown Shopping Center in Harrison, Arkansas. The grocery, anchored, 145,000 square foot center is occupied by Tractor Supply, Carmike Theatre, Big Lots and Country Mart Grocery.
June 2011, Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC completes the purchase of 4.5 acres in Kansas City, Kansas. Construction for a new Dollar General will commence later this month.
June 2011 - Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC completes the purchase of Shawnee Village Shopping Center in Shawnee, Kansas. The 132,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by Burlington Coat. A new 9,500 square foot Dollar Tree will open in October 2011.
June 2011 - Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC completes the purchase of Camden Marketplace in Camden, Arkansas. The 94,000 square foot shopping center will be retenanted with Its Fashions Metro, Dollar Tree, Shoe Show, Cato and Atwood's.
February 2011 - Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC announced today, its purchase of the Marina Lakes Shopping Center at 21st & Amidon in Wichita, Kansas. Redevelopment of the 168,000 square foot property will include a Wal-Mart Neighborhood grocery store.
“This is a great infill site with solid demographics. The center has struggled for several years, only because the New Jersey owner lost interest in the area and this shopping center.” said Henzlik and Oliver. Demolition will begin immediately to make room for the new Wal-Mart Neighborhood grocery store. A complete shopping center face lift will also begin this summer. In addition to the new Wal-Mart Neighborhood grocery store, the center will have junior anchor and small shop space available for lease.
November 2010 - Henzlik-Oliver completes purchase of the Yahooz Restaurant in Leawood, Kansas for a new Walgreen Drug Store. The property at 117th & Roe will be raised in February 2011 for the construction of a new 11,550 Square Foot Walgreen Drug Store.
August 2010 - Henzlik-Oliver announced today, its purchase of an 89,807 square foot property leased to Academy Sports & Outdoors.
April 2010 - Henzlik-Oliver announced today, its purchase of the 69,000 square foot Shawnee Plaza Shopping Center. “We are pleased to be able to continue the growth of our company through strategic acquisitions like Shawnee Plaza,” said partner, Tyler Oliver. The shopping center is anchored by Apple Market Grocery, Dollar General and Rent A Center. Two major tenant expansions are expected later this summer along with interior/exterior remodeling. |
