Tyler OliverTyler Oliver has focused his entire career of more than 18 years in retail real estate, developing, purchasing, and leasing retail shopping centers. After completing his Marketing degree at Kansas State University, Tyler began his career with Dennis J. Eskie and Associates, a Kmart developer based in Kansas City, working in site selection and land assemblage for various Kmart developments through out the United States. Tyler spent several years at Dennis J. Eskie and Associates leasing retail projects and representing retail tenants through out Kansas City. In 1995, Tyler relocated to Washington, D.C. and joined The Mills Corporation. He joined the leasing department at The Mills and was assigned to work on the new and existing super-regional mall projects in Florida, Texas, Virginia and Illinois. In 1997 at the age of 29, Tyler along with Douglas L. Henzlik, formed Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC. The early years of Henzlik-Oliver, Tyler focused on representing national retailers with their site selection in Kansas City. Retailers such as Home Depot, Just for Feet, Orscheln Farm & Home, and others have been clients. Today, Tyler focuses on acquiring, developing and redeveloping shopping centers though out the United States. Tyler has had ownership in over 37 retail projects in nine states. Currently, the company is a preferred developer for Walgreen CO and Dollar General and has four retail centers under development in Kansas, Mississippi, & Kentucky.
