Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies, LLC was founded in 1996 by Douglas L. Henzlik and Tyler S. Oliver. The two partners have spent their entire career in the retail real estate development business.  The primary goal of the company is to develop, purchase and own high quality, well located retail property.  Currently, over 1 million square feet of real estate holdings are scattered through out 9 states.
